Full Description

SAIC is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator in Panama City, FL for the Network Information Technology Enterprise Services (NITES) contract to serve as the onsite liaison and subject matter expert for the NORAD & USNORTHCOM information technology enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in virtual enterprise solutions and Windows Server and Desktop, basic networking, securing enterprise environments, Hypervisor expertise and Microsoft domain services management, along with proficiency in collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams. Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy management. * Manage and optimize VMware and/or Nutanix virtualization technologies. * Implement and maintain security protocols in accordance with DoD standards. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Perform system patching and updates to ensure compliance and security. * Document system configurations, procedures, and security policies. * Capture, document and maintain knowledge documents and processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and security. * Represent NITES and NORAD & USNORTHCOM HQ at the external location as the site liaison and subject matter expert.   SAIC® [http://www.saic.com/] is a premier mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
