SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Copilot Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing features related to AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot within the enterprise ecosystem. Your expertise will help us unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI-driven solutions, automating workflows, improving team productivity, and delivering exceptional user experiences. As a hands-on expert in Copilot technologies powered by Azure OpenAI Service, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging Microsoft 365 integrations, APIs, and advanced AI models to create cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Copilot features to meet organizational needs across applications like Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). * Leverage Microsoft’s AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI Service, to design and implement advanced productivity solutions tailored for business users. * Identify automation opportunities within workflows and integrate Copilot tools to enhance team efficiency and performance. * Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements and deploy AI-driven experiences. * Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Copilot integrations within enterprise environments to ensure seamless operation. * Leverage Microsoft Graph API for integrating Copilot capabilities into existing products and workflows. * Stay up to date on advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related AI technologies, and recommend strategies to implement new features. * Conduct training sessions and provide user-centered documentation to educate teams on leveraging Copilot functionality optimally. * Monitor usage analytics and continuously refine configurations to maximize Copilot’s business value. * Ensure proper security and compliance measures are implemented to align with company and industry standards.
