Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with automation and mentoring.
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, cloud provider proficiency, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and security clearance.
The STG Delivery organization is where strategic infrastructure vision becomes reality. We build and operate resilient, scalable cloud platforms that support mission-critical workloads across the business. Our team values curiosity, ownership, and pragmatic engineering — we're looking for people who want to grow their technical depth while shipping real impact. This is a hybrid opportunity and candidates will be required to be on site 1-4 days a week. Candidates must be located in the Andover MA area. The Role We're looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join STG Delivery and take ownership of meaningful pieces of our cloud infrastructure. This role is well-suited for an engineer who has a solid foundation in cloud/infra work and is ready to level up — taking on more complex design problems, mentoring junior teammates, and building the kind of judgment that leads to bigger scope over time. What You'll Do * Build and operate — Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure that's secure, scalable, and cost-effective. * Own your slice — Take end-to-end responsibility for specific services or platform components, from design through production support. * Automate everything — Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling that reduce manual toil across the team. * Solve real problems — Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues, and contribute to incident response when things go sideways. * Collaborate — Work with engineers across assigned programs to deliver solutions that meet both technical and business needs. * Mentor — Help onboard and grow junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing. * Grow your voice — Contribute to architecture discussions and technical planning, with increasing input into team standards and practices over time.
