Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center division, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our growing operations. What You'll Do: - You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. - You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - You will source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. - You will screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - You will coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. - You will maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates. - You will assist in improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in contact center or healthcare environments. - You have strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience recruiting for contact center roles or healthcare-related positions. - Familiarity with BPM services or healthcare industry terminology. - Previous experience working in a temporary or contract recruitment capacity. - Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search techniques.
