Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our client’s contact center operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process that aligns with Sagility’s commitment to excellence. What You'll Do: - You will manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. - You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - You will source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. - You will screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - You will coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. - You will maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - You will support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during recruitment. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in contact center or healthcare environments. - You possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience recruiting for contact center roles or within the healthcare industry. - Familiarity with BPM services and healthcare domain terminology. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields.
