Job Title: Temporary Recruiter - Contact Center Company Overview: Sagility LLC is a leading healthcare technology and business process management company dedicated to enhancing the member and patient experience. Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our client’s operational needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with Sagility’s commitment to excellence and service quality. What You'll Do: - You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various contact center roles. - You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. - You will manage job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms. - You will coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process. - You will maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases. - You will assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition. - You will provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within contact center or healthcare environments. - You possess strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience recruiting for healthcare or clinical roles. - Familiarity with BPM services and healthcare industry terminology. - Proven success in temporary or contract recruitment. - Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
