Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our client operations. What You'll Do: - You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. - You will source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for contact center roles. - You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - You will maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics. - You will coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates. - You will support recruitment marketing efforts to attract diverse talent. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in contact center or customer service environments. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring teams. - You are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - You possess a keen eye for talent and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience recruiting in the healthcare or BPM industry. - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to recruitment. - Background in recruitment marketing or employer branding. - Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).
