Job Title: Temporary Recruiter - Contact Center Company Overview: Sagility LLC is a leading provider of business process management (BPM) services, specializing in healthcare. Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our client operations. Your efforts will ensure that the contact center is staffed with skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional service and contribute to the company’s success. What You'll Do: - You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. - You will source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for contact center roles. - You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. - You will maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics. - You will coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates. - You will support recruitment marketing efforts to attract diverse talent. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in contact center or customer service environments. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring teams. - You are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - You possess a keen eye for talent and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience recruiting in the healthcare or BPM industry. - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to recruitment. - Background in recruitment marketing or employer branding. - Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).
