Job Title: Temporary Recruiter - Contact Center Company Overview: Sagility LLC is a leading provider of business process management (BPM) services, specializing in healthcare domain expertise. Role Overview: As a Temporary Recruiter for our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our client’s operational needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with Sagility’s commitment to excellence. What You'll Do: - You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various contact center roles. - You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. - You will manage job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms. - You will maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. - You will facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience. - You will assist in onboarding new hires and support HR initiatives as needed. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in contact center or customer service environments. - You have strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the healthcare or BPM industry. - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to recruitment. - Previous experience with temporary or contract staffing. - Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
