What You Bring: - You bring 10+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors. - You have proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust. - You have a solid understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations. - You are adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution. - You have experience with CRM and project management tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare payers or providers. - Knowledge of business process management (BPM) services. - Background in clinical or case management services. - Advanced certifications in healthcare or project management.
