Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Analytics, you will lead the analytics team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping data strategies and ensuring the effective use of analytics to support business goals. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality data insights. - You will develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with business objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs and opportunities. - You will oversee the design and delivery of complex data models, reports, and dashboards. - You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across analytics projects. - You will communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics function. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Strong expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Healthcare Informatics. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics. - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related discipline. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Experience working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
