Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Analytics, you will lead the analytics team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping data strategies and ensuring the effective use of analytics to support business goals. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality data insights. - You will develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with business objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs and opportunities. - You will oversee the design and deployment of advanced analytics models and dashboards. - You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics processes. - You will communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics function. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Strong expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. - Proven experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of healthcare data and regulatory requirements. - Ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and AI applications in healthcare analytics. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. - Certification in analytics or project management (e.g., PMP, CBIP).
