Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Analytics, you will lead the analytics team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence that supports Sagility’s mission to enhance patient and member experiences. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting. - You will develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support business objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and data requirements. - You will oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and predictive models. - You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics projects. - You will communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to drive innovation. - You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. - Experience with healthcare data and understanding of healthcare industry regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. - Strong project management and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques. - Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. - Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. - Experience working in a healthcare technology or BPM services environment.
