Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Analytics, you will lead the analytics team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping data strategies and ensuring the effective use of analytics to support business goals. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs and develop solutions. - You will design and implement advanced analytics models to support clinical and operational initiatives. - You will oversee data governance and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - You will communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. - You will drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools. - You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. - Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams and projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. - Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. - Experience with machine learning and AI applications in healthcare. - Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms. - Certification in project management or analytics methodologies.
