Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Analytics at Sagility, you will lead analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements. You will oversee data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support healthcare programs and enhance member outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage analytics projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop actionable insights. - You will design and implement advanced analytical models to support clinical and case management programs. - You will oversee the development of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators. - You will mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing analytics team. - You will communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. - You will ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics processes. - You will stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - You possess strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. - You have proven experience managing analytics teams and projects. - You demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. - You have a solid understanding of healthcare data, clinical programs, and case management. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI. - Background in predictive modeling and machine learning techniques. - Experience working in a BPM or healthcare technology environment.
