Role Overview: As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager specializing in Healthcare Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that empower healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will oversee analytics teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive insights that support clinical and business decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced healthcare analytics solutions. - You will manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists to deliver actionable insights. - You will collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify key performance indicators and analytics needs. - You will oversee data governance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of healthcare data. - You will develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into member and patient metrics. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and predictive modeling. - You will communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence or healthcare analytics. - Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Experience managing analytics teams and projects in a healthcare setting. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics. - Knowledge of healthcare payer and provider operations. - Advanced degree in healthcare informatics, data science, or related field. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
