Role Overview: As the Senior Business Intelligence Manager - Healthcare Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that empower healthcare organizations to make informed decisions. Your role is pivotal in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced BI solutions tailored to healthcare analytics. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and data requirements. - You will manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality analytics products. - You will oversee data governance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - You will analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - You will communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating new technologies and methodologies. - You will partner with IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless data integration and accuracy. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare analytics. - Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, ICD-10, and HIPAA compliance. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics in healthcare. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Background in clinical or case management operations. - Certification in healthcare analytics or data science.
