Role Overview: As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager specializing in Healthcare Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that empower healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will oversee analytics teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive insights that support clinical and business decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists to deliver actionable healthcare insights. - You will design and implement advanced analytics solutions to support clinical and operational goals. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to identify key performance indicators and data requirements. - You will manage the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools. - You will ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization. - You will communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence or healthcare analytics. - Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics in healthcare. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Background in clinical or case management domains.
