Role Overview: As a Senior Business Intelligence Manager specializing in Healthcare Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that empower healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will oversee analytics teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive insights that support strategic decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists to deliver actionable healthcare insights. - You will design and implement advanced analytics solutions to support clinical and operational initiatives. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to identify key performance indicators and data requirements. - You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into member and patient metrics. - You will ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations. - You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends and recommending process enhancements. - You will communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. - You will manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of BI initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence or healthcare analytics. - Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. - Expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). - Proven leadership skills with experience managing analytics teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics in healthcare. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Background in clinical or case management domains. - Certification in healthcare analytics or data science.
