Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at Sagility, you will play a critical role in overseeing and improving operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. - You will lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - You will analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. - You will collaborate with clinical and case management teams to align operational goals with client needs. - You will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability. - You will oversee resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational costs. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing member and patient engagement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or BPM industry. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Ability to manage budgets and resource planning efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and BPM tools. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Background in clinical or case management operations. - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
