What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or BPM services. - Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and operational software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Background in clinical or case management operations. - Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
