Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at Sagility, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations and driving process improvements to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will manage and optimize daily operational workflows to meet performance targets. - You will lead and mentor a team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - You will analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. - You will collaborate with clinical and case management teams to streamline processes. - You will develop and maintain operational policies and procedures. - You will coordinate with technology teams to integrate new tools and systems. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. - You will prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance. What You Bring: - You bring 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - You bring strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams. - You bring expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - You bring proficiency in data analysis tools and operational software. - You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare BPM platforms and clinical case management systems. - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. - Experience working in a technology-driven healthcare environment.
