Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at Sagility LLC, you will play a critical role in overseeing and improving operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. - You will lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. - You will collaborate with clinical and case management teams to align operational goals with client needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making. - You will oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize operational costs. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will drive initiatives that enhance member and patient satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or BPM services. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions. - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and software. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Background in clinical or case management operations. - Familiarity with member engagement strategies.
