What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or BPM sectors. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage change effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics monitoring. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and clinical service operations. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Familiarity with BPM tools and methodologies. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
