What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. - You will lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - You will develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. - You will collaborate with clinical and case management teams to align operational goals with client needs. - You will monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making. - You will oversee resource allocation and budget management to optimize operational costs. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will drive initiatives that enhance member and patient experience across service offerings. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or BPM sectors. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage change effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics monitoring. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and clinical service operations. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent). - Familiarity with BPM tools and methodologies. - Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
