What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or BPM. - Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with operational management software and data analysis tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
