Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at Sagility, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations and driving process improvements to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will manage and optimize daily operational workflows to meet performance targets. - You will lead and mentor a team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - You will analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. - You will collaborate with clinical and case management teams to streamline processes. - You will develop and maintain operational policies and procedures. - You will coordinate with technology teams to integrate new tools and systems. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. - You will prepare reports and present operational insights to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or BPM. - Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with operational management software and data analysis tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare technology platforms and BPM software. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies. - Background in clinical or case management operations. - Experience working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
