With a catalog of over 10,000 products, including wall art, furniture, garden accessories, and lighting, Sagebrook Home caters to diverse styles such as modern, contemporary, coastal, glam, and transitional. The company’s design team utilizes a variety of materials, from rattan and brass to ceramic and wood, to create unique pieces that suit every home. Role Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key e-commerce accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, and driving growth through data analysis and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with pureplay dropship accounts such as: Amazon, Wayfair, Beyond, Walmart, Home Depot. Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 2 pureplay dropship accounts such as: Target, Lowes, AAFES, and more). Collaborate with Sagebrook sales representative team to manage new dropship business. • Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment. • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights. Provide weekly reporting on results to management. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that sales efforts align with the broader business strategy. • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to online retailers and customers. • Promotional and Advertising Management: Manage PPC campaigns and promotional pricing strategy for owned accounts, optimizing ROI and staying within budget. • Customer Service: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Pricing and Margin Management: Work with finance and product teams to set and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring healthy profit margins. • Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility across all e-commerce platforms. • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Contract Negotiations: Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts with e-commerce partners, ensuring favorable terms for Sagebrook Home. • Industry Events: Represent Sagebrook Home at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: · Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role · Home furnishing experience a plus · Experience managing PPC campaigns and hitting ROAS goals · In-depth knowledge of e-commerce industry and best practices · Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and must have knowledge using formulas and pivot tables. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental Insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Ability to commute/relocate: Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
