Job Title: Head of Applied AI Location: San Francisco (Onsite 5 days/week) Job Type: Full-time Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only (no sponsorship) What you’ll do: · Define the roadmap and technical strategy for Applied AI · Build and scale a high-performing AI team · Architect and ship enterprise AI systems from concept to production · Lead post-training, deployment, and optimization of LLMs · Develop multimodal AI capabilities for real-world enterprise workflows Ideal Background: · 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML · Prior startup experience required, ideally building multimodal or production AI systems · At least 1+ year at a high-signal AI company · Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments · Strong STEM background
