We combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to design meaningful customer journeys that support authors, reviewers, and institutional partners at every stage of their relationship with us. Are you? • Experienced in planning, delivering, and measuring email campaigns that demonstrate clear, data-driven impact? • Confident building email campaigns in a marketing automation platform, with HTML knowledge? • Skilled in writing and editing copy, bringing accuracy, clarity, and a strong eye for detail to every message? • Knowledgeable about customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies, and how they build meaningful customer experiences? • Analytical in your approach, using performance metrics, A/B testing, and tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Analytics to share insights? • An organized multitasker, able to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and expectations with calm and confidence? • Someone who works independently with ease, prioritizing effectively while staying solutions-focused and creative in your problem solving? • A clear, engaging communicator, comfortable sharing ideas verbally and in presentations? Your new role: You will develop, lead, and analyse end-to-end email marketing campaigns. Your role includes collaborating with stakeholders to develop personalized, data-driven campaigns that improve the customer journey and achieve department goals. • Build thoughtful, customer centred email campaigns by collaborating with the wider Marketing team to drive submissions, usage, and awareness across key titles. • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, bringing care and precision to scheduling, copywriting, audience segmentation, proofreading, editing, deployment, performance analysis and reporting. • Build both bespoke and complex email campaigns using dynamic, personalized content in a marketing automation platform. • Write strong copy tailored to customer lifecycles and journal goals, generating engagement and conversions. • Develop effective audience segmentation strategies grounded in customer personas and behaviours, helping each journal meet its objectives with clarity and intention. • Turn insights into action, analysing campaign performance and recommending data-driven improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. • Champion continuous improvement by contributing to testing strategies, running experiments, and sharing findings that strengthen our wider marketing approach. • Stay curious about the market, monitoring competitor activity, and offering thoughtful recommendations that support team and departmental goals.
