Job Description As a Reference Analyst, you will play a key role daily in supporting Sage Intacct’s Customer Reference Program, which connects prospects and clients with references to build trust, drive revenue growth, and share best practices. To thrive in this role, you’ll manage inbound requests, maintain the reference database, and work closely with Sales, CAMs, Marketing, Professional Services, Communities, and the Customer Advisory team to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment that impacts deal progression and customer engagement. The role also involves presenting program updates and best practices to Sales teams and coordinating directly with customers to support reference activities. • This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in either Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Austin, Portland, or San Jose* • Manage and fulfill customer reference requests to support Sales and deal progression. • Connect prospects with relevant customer references and success stories. • Maintain the reference database and provide metrics on program impact. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to identify new references. • Contribute to campaigns, events, and initiatives that expand the reference program. • Support ad hoc projects, including award nominations, content updates, and system enhancements. Requirements: • 3+ years in customer marketing, sales enablement, or CRM operations. • 1+ year in a sales or customer-facing role. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable presenting to Sales teams and engaging directly with customers. • Experience with Highspot, TrustRadius, G2, or Chorus AI is a plus.
