Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Operations Support contractor to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer support, facilitating smooth order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless operations — especially during off-hours and weekends.
