5+ years in data analytics roles with ecommerce experience, proficiency in BI tools and cloud data platforms, strong communication skills, and ability to work remotely in fast-paced environments.
Description: • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL • Build clean and scalable dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms • Work with data from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and ad platforms like Meta and Google Ads to identify trends and support decision-making • Set up and maintain systems and tools (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) used to store and access data efficiently • Automate reporting workflows using APIs or scripting to reduce manual tasks • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to turn business questions into data-backed insights • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure data quality and accuracy • Establish strong foundations for analytics and grow into a leadership position within six months with support from Head of Analytics Requirements: • Experience working with US or UK-based ecommerce companies • Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field • Proven experience in building and presenting data reports to senior stakeholders • Hands-on experience with data automation, API integrations, and scalable dashboarding • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify analytics • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS • Experience with ad platforms such as Meta and Google Ads • Experience automating reporting workflows using APIs or scripting • Excellent verbal and written communication • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to manage multiple projects independently • Experience working in fast-paced remote environments and with global teams • Resume and introductory video must be submitted in English; resume must be a text-based PDF Benefits: • Remote (EST Time Zone) • High-performance remote work environment • Opportunity to work with US-based ecommerce companies across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart • Designed to grow into a leadership position within six months • Direct support from the Head of Analytics during leadership transition • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) • Independent contractor position
