About the Company: This company is a proprietary futures trading firm. Their marketing team drives growth through performance-focused creative across multiple paid platforms and a fast-moving production pipeline. They operate a structured system for briefs, revisions, and creative testing, prioritizing high-quality execution and efficiency. Position Overview: We are hiring a Graphic Designer to support our marketing team by producing high-volume, high-quality creative assets for paid advertising and organic channels. This role focuses on execution within a structured creative system. We are looking for a designer with a strong artistic eye who can deliver polished static and video assets with minimal revision cycles. Key Responsibilities: • Design paid ad creatives across multiple platforms (static and motion/video). • Edit and produce short-form video assets for performance marketing (various aspect ratios and placements). • Create multiple variations from a single concept: layout, headline treatments, hooks, offers, imagery, and formatting. • Follow briefs precisely (dimensions, safe zones, messaging rules, export specs, platform requirements). • Apply feedback quickly and accurately to reduce revision cycles. • Maintain clean file organization and version control (naming, folders, exports, source files). • Support other creative needs as required (organic social assets, thumbnails, banners, internal marketing collateral). • Use Figma primarily for organization/collaboration when needed (not heavy design work). Qualifications: • Strong portfolio that shows a real design eye: typography, hierarchy, composition, spacing, color, and taste. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator required; others a plus). • Video editing competency required (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Final Cut—any is fine if you can prove competence). • Ability to execute fast without sacrificing quality. • High attention to detail: alignment, masking, exports, consistency, and spec accuracy. • Comfortable working in a structured brief → revision → approval workflow. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience designing for performance marketing / paid ads (but not required if your portfolio shows strong design judgment). • Motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent). • Familiarity with ad platform constraints and best practices (Meta, Google, Taboola, etc.). What We Care About Most? We’re not hiring someone who “knows the tools.” We’re hiring someone who has: • A strong artistic eye and solid taste. • The ability to ship clean, production-ready work. • The discipline to follow a brief and get it right. • The maturity to take feedback well and iterate fast. • Our goal is simple: reduce revision cycles by hiring a designer who consistently delivers quality. How We Work? • Fully remote, high-output environment. • Clear briefs and organized creative direction. • Direct feedback loops with the Creative Director and Senior Performance Designer. • You’ll be expected to work within MST business hours. Application Requirements (Non-Negotiable): • Portfolio link required (ads, social, brand work. Show your range and taste). • Portfolio should also include examples of video work you personally edited/produced (links are fine). • Brief summary of the tools you use most and your role in the projects shown. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month Work Location: Remote
