The Sales Operations Specialist II is responsible for advising and supporting the Program and Aftermarket Groups to include sales execution and fulfillment to ensure Customer Satisfaction is maintained. Elements of this position require the ability to multi-task, interact with customers and to find creative solutions in real-time to problems and barriers. The Sales Operations Specialist II will play a pivotal role throughout the entire process, guiding and supporting junior personnel. Duties and Responsibilities: Interface with Sales, Programs, Aftermarket teams to support the execution of sales, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting. Train and lead daily incoming sales orders, ensuring accurate pricing, contract terms, and following company policies Troubleshoot order issues and discrepancies with Finance, Operations, Quality, and support escalations internally and externally Continually monitor and improve upon a scalable process of receiving and managing Purchase Orders from the Customers – resolving issues in a timely manner so that Customer Satisfaction and On-Time Delivery are maintained Advise Leadership on Order Administration issues that impact our Monthly Sales Plan and On-Time Delivery metrics, and provide project plan for solutions Continually monitor the delivery process and resolve issues in real-time that may impact On-Time Delivery Work externally with customers or OEM partners on managing day to day logistics and fulfillment needs Work internally with technical teams to continuously improve tools, process effectiveness using metrics and KPIs Perform in a Team Lead capacity for the Sales Operations process and lead cross-functional project teams Perform other job-related duties as assigned Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience in a related field 3-6 years of experience working in a similar role A working understanding of the company’s products and systems Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP system (Microsoft D365 preferred), interested in developing BI Tools a plus Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and/or external customers in relations Experience with monitoring and meeting sales related metrics Organized, process-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision The starting pay range for this position is $57,700 to $69,300 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
