Job Summary: The Program Demand Planner II plays a key role in ensuring customer deliverables are met by independently managing planning activities and acting as the primary liaison between Program Management and Operations. This role uses analytical insights to drive forecast accuracy, resolve fulfillment challenges, and support strategic supply chain initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Independently develop and maintain demand planning models using historical and predictive data Recommend safety stock strategies to optimize customer service levels Monitor, analyze, and act on OTD metrics with minimal supervision Serve as a key point of contact for Program Management on supply chain topics Lead contributions to the monthly Executive Sales and Operations Planning process Resolve planning and logistics issues by working directly with cross-functional partners Manage AOG and expedited order requests with limited guidance Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with forecasting tools, Power BI or similar data visualization platforms Strong understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management The starting pay range for this position is $65,200 - $78,300 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
