Experteer Overview As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will enable leaders to optimize individual and team performance while driving engagement and positive relations. You will lead full-cycle staffing, talent management, and people initiatives that align with Safran’s aerospace objectives. You’ll support policy interpretation, compensation planning, and diversity goals, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver practical HR solutions. This role offers impact across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalable people practices. Pay / Benefits • Provide expert guidance to leaders on performance management, coaching, and development • Enhance employee engagement and relations through proactive action and communication • Lead full-cycle staffing and onboarding through exit interviews • Drive talent management activities including people reviews and performance processes • Execute talent acquisition plans and source diverse candidates • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations • Participate in HR and BU projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Guide HR policies, programs, and procedures • Administer compensation planning, merit adjustments, and bonuses Tasks • Bachelor in Human Resources • 3–5 years of HR experience or equivalent training • Strong business acumen and organizational metrics literacy • Ability to analyze HR data and run reports • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems • Knowledge of labor relations laws and processes • Effective verbal and written communication • Good time management and relationship management • Certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) Key requirements • Competitive salaries • Paid holidays • Recognition programs • Comprehensive benefits • 401K with employer match • Tuition assistance
