Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. • Receive materials and input information into Royal IV system according to the purchase order. • Data entry into various applications Excel, Microsoft word, Royal IV. • Accurate documentation of all transactions. • Ensure materials are released from customs and are received on time. • Deliver all necessary material to internal departments with a fork-lift. • Loading and unloading of merchandise when delivered. • Dispose of used/unused materials/waste. • Problem solve and trouble shoot problems and issues with shipments and purchase orders. The expected salary range for this position is between $19.46/hr - $21.63/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
