Safety Worxs is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Operations with a strong background in safety services and proven leadership across multi-state operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, possess advanced knowledge of safety compliance and staffing, and demonstrate the ability to integrate technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage teams and ensure seamless execution of services nationwide. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple states, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with safety and business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the company is meeting performance targets. Provide on-site support across projects nationwide as needed. Provide strategic direction and oversight for safety services. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on safety-related issues, leveraging CSP expertise to drive performance and reduce risk. Mentor and support field safety personnel to elevate safety culture and service delivery. Manage and support personnel across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture Lead the integration of technology-driven solutions into operational workflows (e.g., Safety Management Systems, digital reporting platforms, API interfacing). Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools to streamline communication, reporting, and workforce management. Monitor data trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential from BCSP required; Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred. 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in safety services. (Required) Proven track record of managing multi-state operations and dispersed teams. Strong technical proficiency, with experience in Safety Management Systems and digital platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel nationwide, up to 50%–75% of the time. Ability to obtain and maintain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
