Job Summary Safety Lab Training & Consultancy Institute LLC – OPC is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Freelancer or Agency to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and content creation. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and initiative, with the ability to work independently while contributing to our mission of delivering top-quality safety, health, and technical training and consultancy services across the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive leads for training programs. • Manage and optimize online ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Perform SEO keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings. • Create and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos, blogs, and newsletters) aligned with Safety Lab’s branding. • Handle social media management, including content scheduling, engagement, and growth tracking. • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing and promotional materials. • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools, and provide monthly reports. • Implement performance marketing and A/B testing to improve conversion rates. • Manage and update the company website (www.safetylabintl.com) and CMS content. • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage. Required Experience & Skills • Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in the training, consultancy, or education industry). • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising. • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva). • Strong content writing and copywriting abilities for professional and promotional materials. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress preferred). • Experience with email marketing campaigns, automation, and analytics. • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies. • Excellent communication and time management skills.
