TheFulfillment Associate IIprepares our glass for distribution to our field operation teams by performing various functions to meet rigorous shippingtimelinesto get the right parts to the right team members to serve our customers. WhatYou'llGet • Shift:Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (off Sunday/Wednesday) • Pay starting at$23.65/hour. • Weekly payday onevery Friday! • Total job benefitsvaluedat more than $10k*. WhatYou'llDo • Operate at least one piece of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as a forklift, reach truck, or order pickerraised to heightsof up to40 feet. • Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation. • Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, orlocateinventory. • Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. • Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping. • Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment. • Assistwith offloading tractor trailers by hand. • Fulfill other duties as assigned. WhatYou'llNeed • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Experience with some MHE equipment such asaorder picker,forklift,or reach truck. • To safelyoperatethe order picker andcomply withequipment manufacturer specifications andrequiredsafety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired tooperatethis equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs. • Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. • Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts. • Punctuality andconsistentattendancetohelpyour teammates. • Positiveattitude with afocus on exceptional service.
