At a glance: • A remote, inside sales CLOSER role, selling ADT's core residential product: Home Security and Home Automation • Benefits include paid training, paid time off, W-2 status comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance and 401k • In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to qualified prospects who have recently purchased a home, and closing the sale on a single call Safe Haven Security, ADT's largest authorized dealer is EXPANDING! We are looking to add COMPETITIVE, HARD-WORKING sales closers to our growing team! Previous phone-based, short sales cycle experience required. This is a W-2 position with benefits - so you supply the DRIVE, we'll handle the rest! Job Summary: This sales closer role will conduct outbound, direct to consumer sales calls in a remote, homebased environment Responsibilities: • Maintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements • Track and audit sales leads and total sales volume • Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings • Follow-up with technicians to ensure quick, seamless installations of completed sales • Exhibit excellent communication and a high level of integrity with colleagues and direct leadership team Qualifications: • 3+ years of Inside (phone-based) sales experience, specializing in a short sales cycle, one-call close • Ability to work efficiently with technical devices and platforms including laptops, CRM software and similar support tools • Ability to build rapport easily, and be influential with your communication style Compensation: • Competitive weekly base pay • Uncapped commissions on personal sales • Monthly performance bonuses • Paid training • Health, dental, vision & 401k benefits Education: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Type: • Full-time Remote On Target Earnings: • $80,000 - $120,000 Training: • If selected, candidate will be required to take part in our 1-week mandatory sales training at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri • Safe Haven will take care of all associated travel expenses for this mandatory training Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
