We are open to two types of professional arrangements: Independent Contractor: Focus specifically on high-level Employment-Based (EB) and H-2B cases. Full-Time Employee: For those seeking a long-term home with the firm, we are looking for well-rounded practitioners with expertise in multiple areas of law who are willing to practice outside the exclusive scope of employment-based immigration. Collaborate with firm leadership to update SOPs and workflows. Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of evolving immigration laws and regulations.
