Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA, for the President of Sac Soccer & Entertainment Holdings, Inc (Sacramento Republic FC). The President will oversee the organization’s strategic vision and execution, ensuring sustained growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, driving revenue generation, and overseeing key events and initiatives. The President will lead the executive team, work collaboratively across departments, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to advance Sacramento Republic FC’s mission and values. Qualifications • Proven leadership experience, strategic planning, and team management skills • Expertise in business development, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue growth strategies • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Understanding of the sports and entertainment industry or related fields • Knowledge of marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies • Experience in financial management, including budget development and oversight • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sports management, or a related field is preferred • Commitment to upholding the organization’s core mission and community values
