We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our office team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and office records. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support the team with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong typing and data entry skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
