Senior Operations Manager Senior Operations Manager This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, service delivery, and operational excellence across multiple client sites. This role provides hands-on leadership to ensure consistent quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations across all janitorial accounts to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and front-line employees. • Drive operational consistency through effective systems, training, and performance management. • Develop and implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and quality improvement. Quality and Service Excellence • Inspire a culture of excellence by setting and maintaining measurable quality benchmarks. • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address service issues promptly and proactively.
