Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. • Manage projects from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
