Profile: The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the primary Project Manager assigned to a project. The Technical Project Coordinator will coordinate and execute project logistics, tasks and scheduling as directed by the Project Manager. Minimum Position Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in technical projects as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst • At least 1 year of experience working with an application lifecycle management tool or devops tools such as Jira, MS Dev Ops, etc • At least 1 year of experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, or an ERP, such as NetSuite as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or as a Consultant • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and updating spreadsheets (such as Excel or Google Sheets) and slides (such as PowerPoint or Google Slides) • Bachelor's Degree • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong organizational skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Essential Duties: • Support the project's assigned Project Manager on customer engagements typically comprised of some combination of Salesforce, NetSuite and/or systems integrations • Coordinate logistics and scheduling as directed by the project's assigned Project Manager such as setting up system users, kick-off, weekly status, user acceptance and end-to-end testing sessions and steering committee meetings • Take detailed notes including on all action items as identified in project meetings • Understand interdependencies between technologies, operations and business needs • Deliver appropriate and effective communication to project's assigned Project Manager, PMO Practice Manager and senior leadership • Engage in continuing education to advance project management, business process, Salesforce and/or NetSuite skills such as self-study or instructor led training, seminars, certifications, etc. Work Hours, Availability and Responsiveness: • Regular business hours are 9 am to 5 pm CST, regardless of whether working on site or remotely, unless a customer engagement establishes different working hours • Attendance/participation in customer meetings and calls is a critical part of our business - availability (or lack thereof) must be clearly communicated in advance • At all times, Supervisors must be made aware of work schedules, work locations, personal time off ("PTO"), etc., and PTO must be approved in advance and may be subject to limitations depending on customer projects and key milestones/delivery dates • Unless on approved PTO, all emails and phone calls must be responded to within one (1) business day, but preferably, by end of the same business day Working Environment/Special Demands: • Combination of in-office work and remote/home-based work • Extended periods of time interfacing with a computer • Extended periods of time sitting • Open-office environment where background noise is common, including phone calls, ancillary conversation, traffic, etc. • Project-based travel to customer sites for kickoff sessions, user acceptance events, go-live events, etc. Travel is estimated to be 20% to 25% of total hours worked over a period of time This Job Description summary is intended to provide general context and framework for this position, however, other related and similar tasks, duties and responsibilities may, and likely will be, added as necessary.
