In this Project / Product Manager role, you will own how solutions are delivered while helping shape what is delivered. You will lead end-to-end delivery of WorkForce Software (WFS) while contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and backlog management for workforce management modernization initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical information into concise updates for both technical and executive audiences. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management • Own end-to-end delivery planning for workforce management modernization initiatives, including risk, issue, and change management. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and ownership. • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and systems, ensuring seamless integration between WorkForce Software (WFS), HRIS, and Payroll platforms. • Produce executive-level reporting (e.g., Gantt charts), including parallel run schedules and system cutover plans. • Manage system upgrade and configuration changes in accordance with established change control processes. Product Management • Partner with Product Management leadership and Business Owners to understand business needs and validate solution approaches. • Contribute to product vision, strategy, and functional and non-functional roadmaps for the Timekeeping Modernization portfolio. • Own and prioritize the product backlog across integrated systems (WFS, HRIS, Payroll). • Ensure epics and sagas are decomposed into clear, concise, testable user stories and tasks. Communication & Governance • Drive project and program governance, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Lead Level 3 (L3) project status meetings and prepare materials for Level 2 (L2) and Level 1 (L1) governance forums. • Track and assign actions, decisions, and follow-ups across cross-project and program dependencies. • Coordinate vendor management activities, third-party integrations, data migration efforts, and system integration milestones. Agile Leadership & Continuous Improvement • Champion Agile delivery practices and lead daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies. • Own Agile artifacts related to sprint planning, release management, and delivery communications. • Participate in strategic roadmap discussions, stakeholder alignment sessions, and requirements prioritization workshops. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration.
