Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and communication of business and technical requirements for enterprise technology initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered. The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical and functional requirements, supporting cloud and web-based application initiatives. This role also supports project planning, workflow design, and implementation activities, helping teams deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed technical requirements. • Define system requirements, workflows, and system interfaces based on stakeholder needs. • Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, design discussions, and project planning, including coordination with external vendors when necessary. • Estimate effort, resources, and timelines required for requirements analysis and project execution. • Work closely with product and development teams to identify potential roadblocks and support smooth project delivery. • Ensure development teams follow Agile processes and daily Agile ceremonies. • Manage and process JIRA tickets for assigned applications and project workstreams. • Support continuous integration and process improvements to increase project efficiency. • Identify, document, and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders. • Participate in customer meetings and serve as a key escalation point for project-related issues. • Create and maintain standards and procedures for documenting requirements, use cases, and workflows. • Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and project execution strategies. Required Experience • 5+ years of experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large-scale technical projects • Experience working with Agile development teams • Experience supporting cloud, web application, or SaaS development projects • Experience working with requirements documentation, workflow design, and stakeholder communication Preferred Experience • Experience with Big Data platforms or API integrations • Experience working in the automotive or OEM industry • Experience using LLM tools such as Copilot, Gemini, or Claude • Experience with JIRA and MS Project Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to understand project dependencies and big-picture system impacts • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization • Professional demeanor with strong customer service mindset Tools & Technologies • JIRA • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • MS Project (preferred) • Exposure to AI/LLM productivity tools Education • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Certification • Scrum Master certification or Agile training strongly preferred
