Job Title: Software Engineer - React/Typescript (Supporting SharePoint) Company Overview: Saalex is a leading professional services company specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to government and commercial clients. Role Overview: As a Software Engineer specializing in React and Typescript, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing SharePoint-based applications. Your expertise will help drive the development of user-friendly, efficient, and scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain React and Typescript applications integrated with SharePoint. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will document software designs, processes, and user guides. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application functionality. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of professional experience in software development using React and Typescript. - You possess strong knowledge of SharePoint development and integration. - You have experience with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines. - You demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You are a strong communicator and team player. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a Department of Defense or government contracting environment. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. - Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or .NET.
