What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - You will analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends. - You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to integrate data-driven solutions into operational workflows. - You will lead data science projects from conception through deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - You will communicate findings and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - You will mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a strong data science community within the company. - You will stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. What You Bring: - You have a Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - You have at least 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related analytical role. - You possess strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. - You have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - You are proficient in data manipulation and visualization tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in defense or government contracting environments. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark. - Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through project management or team lead roles.
