Position Type: Temporary Salary: $90k-110k annually (depending on experience) Work Location: Remote The Proposal Manager will manage the institutional knowledge and the database for the Business Development & Proposal Development department under the direction of the Director of Proposals. Tasking will include, but not be limited to, the following: Essential Functions: 1. Proposal planning and development: Development of schedule, templates, and compliance matrix Development of Offer Letters, Management Plans, Past Performance volumes, Key Personnel Resumes, Staffing Plans, and Small Business Subcontracting Plans Assistance and oversight of the development of Technical Volumes Data calls to subcontractors Leading color reviews Review of cost proposals to ensure compliance and alignment with strategy Ensuring 100% compliance for all proposals submitted 2. Sub proposal efforts: Responding to data calls Participating in color reviews Developing proposal content as required Oversight/development of RFI/Sources Sought responses Oversight/development of MAC/GWAC responses Required: At least 7 years’ of direct proposal management experience for Department of Defense (DoD) proposals is required. You must be highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills. You must be proficient in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint You must have the ability to work well with very short deadlines. You must be comfortable working in both lead and support roles. You must have the ability to pay close attention to details, be communicative, and be very proactive/take initiative. You must have the tenacity to find answers to problems when they are not readily apparent - going that extra mile. You must be a professional team player. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
